MONTH OF WEDDING: PLANNING AND COORDINATION
So you've planned your whole wedding, but need someone there to make sure that your dream wedding is everything you have imagined. With our month of wedding planning package, we’ll make sure you are covered.
One Month Prior to Your Wedding
- Discuss the details that you have planned thus far and all vendors that involved
- Collect copies of all contracts and vendor contact information
- Become the primary contact for all vendors and event affiliates
- Provide weekly updates on the progress and remaining deliverables
- Site assessment and walk thru with bride and groom at both wedding and reception sites
- Prepare a detailed schedule for each vendor and distribute according
- Prepare a detailed schedule for you and your bridal party and all other parties involved
Your Wedding Weekend
- Manage the events of the weekend (Bridal Luncheon, Golf Outings, Rehearsal Dinner etc)
- Deliver Welcome Bags
- Deliver last minute items to vendors (checks, contracts, materials etc)
- Direct the Rehearsal at the Ceremony Site
- Staff onsite at ceremony/reception venues for installation until the reception conclusion
- Ceremony Coordinator
- Staff available for bride, groom, and wedding party day of wedding
- Post wedding breakdown includes help with favors, gifts, and any additional personal items to be collected or taken home
Our goal is to help minimize your stress! We will be the primary point of contact for all vendor phone calls and requests 30 days prior to your wedding weekend including managing any additional requests or deliverables from the bride and groom.
